About Us

In a time where witchcraft has become a mainstream trend, it can be difficult to find magickal supplies you can trust. That's where we come in, at Dragon Dancer Designs our mission is to create high quality décor, tools, and ritual supplies for energetic practitioners. We are committed to sustainable and ethical sourcing of our materials. As well as supporting other small businesses, artisans, and practitioners whenever possible.

All of our products are hand crafted. Katrina does all of the enchanting, beading, glass and metal working while Sue does all of the sewing and leather work.

All of our products follow three pillars of design - structural stability, aesthetic appeal, and energetic harmony.

Structural Stability - we use high quality materials to create durable, long lasting items you can use for years to come. We have rigorous quality control standards to ensure every item is able to stand up to regular wear and tear. If you ever have issues with an item let us know and we will make it right.

Aesthetic Appeal - every item is designed to be pleasing to the senses. Items are visually balanced and attractive to the eye. Many of our items are meant to be worn or handled so we work hard to make sure they feel good against your skin. We are as transparent as possible about what materials we use in each item to help those with certain allergies or sensitivities.

Energetic Harmony - we use a process called flameweaving to take multiple items or materials and transform them into a final product that is more than the sum of its parts. Flameweaving is a process of incorporating different energies into a cohesive, harmonious whole using heat as a medium. This transformative heat can be applied through several different means. The most common way is transferring energy though the hands into materials as they are worked. It can also be applied directly through the flame of a torch or by heating items in a kiln over a set period of time. Flameweaving is an intuitive enchanting process guided by the materials themselves, Katrina has been developing and refining this process over the past 15 years.
